Loan Executive (Loan Officer, Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Planner)
Your Loan Executive is in charge of helping you select the right mortgage financing that meets your short and long term financial plans. Once the program is selected, the Loan Executive will make sure that the rest of the process stays on track for a smooth closing.

Loan Processor
Processing the loan application is a task of putting the pieces of a puzzle together to make sure your loan application can be quickly underwritten. The Loan Processor will be verifying information on the loan application including, your employment and income, your credit report, your assets, the property appraisal and many other fine details.

During the underwriting process the Loan Processor will be in communication with the Loan Executive and you to make sure the process moves along on schedule. Your assistance in providing information requested by the Loan Processor will help us to make sure your closing goes smoothly and your loan gets approved.

LaCresha Wilson is new to the Tidalwave Capital team and we are excited to have her passionate help! Processing a loan is a process of putting together the “pieces of a puzzle.” LaCresha will be verifying the information on your loan application form, your credit report, your income, your assets, and the property appraisal report.

LaCresha will call or email you from time to time to update you on the status of your loan application. She wants to make sure that when we present your loan application for underwriting that the underwriter has all the “pieces of the puzzle” put together for a speedy loan approval.
